PROXY SOLICITATION

The Officers and Management of the Waterbury Regional Chamber hereby seek your proxy to vote: (1) in support of the slate of candidates reported by the Nominating Committee for election and re-election to the Board of Directors; (2) any other matters which may come before the membership at the Annual Meeting, for which the Officers, at present, have no knowledge.  If not otherwise directed, this proxy will be so voted.
